Quentin Small brings over 15 years of IT expertize to SecurityRI.  In his role as senior IT support manager he works closely with the CIO to create an efficient and effective technology plan to support both internal business needs and customer requirements.  Small helps design and plan the installation and support of full network integrations, emerging IT solutions and managed services, software/hardware integrations, surveillance system engineering and technical assistance.

“I handle the day-to-day monitoring of our client’s networks and ensure they are never left exposed.  When we do a full evaluation of our client environments, we identify vulnerabilities that we are able to develop and install security strategies to protect and safeguard from potential harm.”

Prior to joining Security RI, Small handled all IT support and maintenance for multi-city and state water/electric municipalities across the United States for Mueller Systems, and held a variety of IT management and support positions for the Jan Companies, ADI Time LLC., and The Country Club.  Small earned an associate of electronic engineering and technology from Bristol Community College and holds certifications from Bridgewater State University in CompTIA A+, Microsoft SQL and Supervisor and Management.
