Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® Certified

The Crisis Prevention Institution (CPI) is an international training organization committed to best practices and safe behavior management methods that focus on prevention. With a Certified Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Instructor on staff, our security guards learn how to defuse challenging and disruptive behavior before an incident escalates to a crisis situation. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification educates and empowers our officers to create safe and respectful work environments and enrich the lives of the individuals they serve.

The Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification process is considered the worldwide standard for crisis prevention and intervention training. This allows our officers to:

• Comply with legislative mandates
• Meet regulatory/accreditation standards
• Minimize client's exposure to liability

TWIC™ Certified

Our security guards are also TWIC certified. TWIC is a common identification credential for all personnel requiring unescorted access to secure areas of Maritime Transportation Act regulated facilities and vessels, and all mariners holding Coast Guard-issued credentials.

Classroom Security Training

Classroom training is only as good as the instructors teaching. We have some of the most experienced instructors in the business to provide all our Security Officers with training in procedures, patrolling, observing, report writing, customer service, uniform policies and chain of command. All security guards attend initiation training on the following topics:

Excellent Documentation

Part of the value of a security service is its ability to provide excellent tour reports and incident reports. Documentation is very important to resolve a criminal or civil dispute or for insurance purposes. We train our officers to document all incidents professionally, which protects our clients in the unlikely event of a lawsuits.

With an average of 5.7 years our officers retain company knowledge and help us maintain a high level of customer service. On-Going Security Training

On-going training is provided to all our security officers in quarterly 4 hour in-depth sessions. These trainings are required by each Security Officers to remain Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® Certified as well as “ISI Certified”.
